Meta-help on development of perl

So sad.

Does anyone have any advice/warstories on meshing the perl 
development/maintenance you do with your company attempting to levy a broad 
creation and property rights agreement on you?

Replies off-list are welcome, as this is arguably off-topic.

If you've only got "Find a new company" as a suggestion, withhold your
