It looks good, Chip.  I kinda get the urge to start writing ops, but
it'd be nice to stay up-to-the-minute with CVS.  Are you looking for
volunteers to set it up?

I'd suggest not worrying too much about MSVC at this stage. 99% of
Windows users only want a binary, which might as well be GCC-built.
