       $SysRev ~~ s/ $( Q[</a>] ) //;

After Joseph's help:
       $SysRev  = $WebPage;
       $SysRev~~m:i/  .*? ("wine")  (.*?)  $(Q[">] )  .*?  $( Q[a 
href="] )  (.*?)  ( $(Q[">] ) )  /;
       $SysRev = $0 ~ $1 ~ "   " ~ $2;
