So far what I have come up with is a system call to "wmic":

 >raku -e "sleep 14"

 >wmic process where "name='raku.exe'" get ProcessID,SessionID,CommandLine
CommandLine          ProcessId  SessionId
raku  -e "sleep 14"  5020       1
