* Type reference
* Language reference
* Tutorials

Sounds like you'd like a tutorial: looking through the tutorial section, I
find a tutorial already exists covering run, Proc, Proc::Async:
https://docs.raku.org/language/ipc - Inter-process communication / Programs
running other programs and communicating with them.

Whereas the type reference pages like https://docs.raku.org/type/Proc are
going to be an overview of the object along with the laundry list of
methods available.
