Some coverage of error handling?

Hi 

A great number of questions are being asked on the forums about error
handling in perl. From my experience it is very hard to come by
discussions of all the features provided in perl for handling errors.
The documentation of each keyword/function or whatever is very precise
and as always of high quality, but never have I found a concise resource
on how to deal effectively with errors.
 
 
This is something I think EVERY serious perl programmer will have to
deal with so therefore would be a good entry in the faqs.
