I've caught up on the slight backlog of patches for the perlfaq.
Thanks to Rafael for keeping things synced from the p5p side, and
applying some things there first.. so I just had to suck the changes
in.  

At this point, the CVS version of the perlfaq is slightly ahead of the
perforce copy.  Rafael, if you get a chance, could you look at the
diffs?

Also, before 5.8.1 comes out we should synchronize the "silly stuff"
like the CVS revisions from the $Id$ headers.
