A small grammatical correction in perlfaq1

Hi,
  In answer to ``Who supports Perl?  Who develops it?  Why is it
free?'' in perlfaq1 of Perl 5.8.8, one line says ``Perl is not
produced nor maintained by the Free Software Foundation.''. Shouldn't
it be ``Perl is neither produced nor maintained by the Free Software
Foundation.''? That is, ``not'' should be substituted by ``neither''
to be grammatically correct.
