Hi,

perlfaq3, "Is there an IDE or Windows Perl Editor?"

The FAQ refers to the MKS shell, but it seems that http://mks.com/ has gone.

The links to Pepper / Pe are not actual too---there's a redirection at 
http://www.hekkelman.com/.
