\LOCALTOC is very new and not fully supported by the current version of
PerlPoint::Converters yet, but it is intended to add this support soon
as to be seen in the docs.

Besides this "official" answer, I'll send you a patched version by mail
which already supports the documented features ;-) (the patch is a
suggestion to Lorenz and might differ from his final implementation)
