I'm specifically not looking to do it exactly like Pod::Parser 
(Pod::Parser is b0rken), but am looking to provide needed compatibility 
features. So, this patch is rejected, but bring it back as compatibility 
goals and I'll work out the best implementation for Pod::Simple.
