This release fixes another bug (with S<>) in UTF-8 output from Pod::Man,
uses the standard .SS macro for subsections, and fixes a variety of
spelling and markup errors in all the documentation thanks to a new test.

spaces produced by Pod::Simple to the corresponding UTF-8 code
point for UTF-8 output.
* t/man-options.t: Test S<> output with UTF-8 enabled.
