This is a test-suite-only release, mostly to skip the Unicode tests with
versions of Perl prior to 5.8, since Pod::Simple doesn't support a UTF-8
encoding with those Perl versions. It also adds support for aspell as a
spell checker and should fix test noise on Red Hat where ispell is
actually aspell.
