I'm still in the habit of writing:

  This code is built with L<Kosher::Salt|Kosher::Salt>.

To avoid:

  This code is built with the Kosher::Salt manual page.

Has this behavior been eliminated in all the common Pod translators?  I haven't
seen it in some time.
