AW: no deprecation warning for L<section>

Dear all,

sorry to say so: yes, I am alive, but no, I have no spare time to
seriously drive the refactoring of Pod::Checker (or podchecker) to use
Pod::Simple. But I wanted to state that anyone who wants to go that
way has my blessing and I am standing by for eventual questions.
I am not sure whether Pod::Simple's API allows for the level of fine-
grained control that Pod::Parser offered to actually detect the issues,
rather than silently ignoring (or making up for) them.
