test failure on Solaris

Hello,

I need to install POE on one of our Solaris machines but I get a failure
when I try to install POE 1.268:
in t/30_loops_io_poll/wheel_readline:
Can't call method "get" on an undefined value at
/opt/perl-5.8.7/POE/Test/Loops/wheel_readline.pm line 336.

The same error occurs in t/30_loops/select/wheel_readline.
All other tests pass.

Is there anything I can do to fix this or can I just force install?
