[PATCH] pmc2c2

As of 2005-04-20, pmc2c2.pl is now pmc2c.pl in parrot tree.

This is against:

    http://svn.perl.org/ponie/cvs/trunk/

Any chance of Ponie migrating to SVN soon?

Also, on FreeBSD here "gmake" needs to be used, otherwise $<
does not seem to work.

Finally, build fails with:
