Booked by Organisers: which nights

What nights are covered by this booking?

I ask because I may want to arrive in Lancaster on Wed, Apr 10, and if I 
do I'd like to stay at the same hotel we're using for the event.

But I wouldn't expect the conference to pick up the cost until Thu, Apr 11.

Can you clarify?
