It's a proof-of-concept, with still some details to flesh out, including
taking into account the points that were raised in Lancaster. You should be
able to download it and give it a try right now though. The code is useful
enough for simple testing. :)

I came from Lancaster with the impression that this was something many wanted
to have into M::B. We're aiming for that. Schwern was also positive to have
something like this implemented in EU::MM too. But in any case, ::InstallTests
is probably a good namechange. :)
