check_delivery

I am wondering if anyone is currently using the check_delivery
plugin. I'm having some difficulties getting the version from
redhotpenguin.com working. 

I may be able to get it going, but before diving into it I am
wondering if someone else has already done this work. In particular
I'm on Perl 5.12.
