Oh well, after having a closer look at the source it seems that
plugin already does all this (including CIDR syntax) well as it 
utilizes Net::IP.

So relay_client apparently does what we need (haven't tested in 
on my system yet) and so we shall simply throw out the code off
sender_permitted_from and replace it with the simple if and
everything shall be fine.
