Wiki software was updated

Hello everyone,

after quite a while I have just updated the dokuwiki software on
wiki.qpsmtpd.org. I also found that the recaptcha plugin on the
registration form stopped working, so I replaced it with a different
captcha plugin which will hopefully keeps the scum away.

Wiki seems to be working fine. If you notice any problems, please
let me know.
