Damian,

It seems I can't use a Lookahead prefix (ie. ...!) in
front of an Alternation (ie. implicit embedded
subrule).  It won't work properly.  You Do explicitly
mention that lookaheads can be used in front
of tokens, subrules, or actions only.  If so, it would
be a nice feature to add.
