Can't locate object method "new" via package "Parse::RecDescent"

hi,
 
i wonder if anyone can assist?
 
i've been running a program from the command line. no problem, all 
works  well. but when i try to run it on my website i get:

Can't locate object method "new" via package "Parse::RecDescent"   

i've tried it with a localhost. the host uses the same perl package as when it runs from the command line, but i get the same error message.

maybe i need to speed up the module's loading? or not...  

 i wonder if you can help?
