Perl 5.8.0 Release Candidate 3 released

Releases Perl 5.8.0 Release Candidate 3 is now available, following
up from RC1 on June 1 and RC2 on June 21. This is a release
candidate, and is not recommended for use in a production
environment, but downloading and testing is strongly encouraged.

5.8.0 RC3 is only available in source code form, so you must be able
to configure and compile it on your system to try it out.
