Yes. It's certainly easy to write very obscure Perl.

No. The server is arachsys.com. They offer Unix shell hosting and are
extremely helpful. I changed from Argonet because of the lack of support.
Having so much fredom to telnet round the server and examine config files
etc is a breath of fresh air!

It's bun by two engineers. One used to work for Acorn for a short perion
and the other graduated to Unix from RISCOS.
