existing script??

Hi,
Please I would like to ask if there is an existing script that opens a
telnet session to a remote server, and then enters a loop to read one line
from a word document at a time and executes some commands on the remote
server to add what is read.
This will loop till it reads all the lines in the word document..
I really need some help because I dont have much time to work on it..
