New categories? Cryptography, GTK?

Hello 

I'm trying to submit simple & friendly GTK wrappers for
'gtk --symmetric' . What categories would you suggest? 

I think Cryptography and maybe GTK categories would hit the spot,
but they don't seem to exist. 

btw. is there a FAQ for this list? 

Why are there so few categories on index page? No crypto or security???
