why does not my script appear in the list?

Hello!
A while back I uploaded my perl script outlook2ical to cpan, the last
version is here
http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/M/MI/MISHA/outlook2ical.0.11.pl

It seems I formatted the POD documentation properly, at least pod2text
works fine.

But, it does not appear to be added to the relevant script category
(Mail),
here http://www.cpan.org/scripts/Mail/index.html
nor does it appear in cpan search for the script name.
Why is that?
