IMHO, perl-sdk should contain widely ported, commonly used modules (like
LWP, libnet, DBI, Date::*, etc.).  Platform specific SDKs (linux-perl-sdk,
win32-perl-sdk, os2-perl-sdk, etc.) would build upon the base
perl-sdk.
