Digest::*, Event & File::*

I assuming the shattering silence in response to my last missive means
everyone would like to see all the Date::* and Devel::* modules on
Nat's list in the sdk. Next on the list are:

Digest::*

        This means Digest::MD5 to most folks although it also includes
        MD2 & SHA1 and was, until recently, considered munitions by
        the US government (fortunately that's no longer the case).

Event

        I think it speaks for itself. At least I hope so :)

File::CounterFile
File::Listing (part of libwww-perl)
File::Recurse
File::Tools

        Those of you paying attention wil remember that File::Copy &
        File::Spec were also on Nat's list.  As they are now part of
        the core, I've removed them.
