As long as it's recognized that these WORK for Y2K, but are technically not
Y2K compliant, unless that has been changed in updates. (Accepts a 2 digit
year and makes assumptions, nothing more than that, IIRC.) Definitely need
including, however.

Nobody tells me nothin'.

Can you confirm this? The 64-bit encryption export limit has been lifted? My
eyesight is horrid at 03:20.

I was asked to carry this in PerlMagic. I'm not quite sure what it does
anymore (I looked it up once), but I do know I get yelled at if I leave it
out.
