As far as I know, bollocks. And that's not a commentary on the old
munition policy in general :-) but instead specific disbelief
concerning the MD2 and SHA1. They are, as far as I know, hash
functions/checksums (just like MD5), and again, AFAIK, there has never
been any export limits on those. Encryption ne Chekcsumming.
