Re: CGI::*, Convert::BER & Chart::*

Convert::BER is being replaced by a new module Convert::ASN1
which has a completly different API (hence the name change) and
is much faster. Convert::ASN1 will also be avaliable in XS and
perl implementations whereas Convert::BER is only perl
