Modules list

Ok, here are all the modules that were nominated for the SDK.  I
want you all to select the subset you think would should be in the
SDK.  The criteria:
 - maturity (no bug-ridden alpha quality distributions)
 - utility (Lingua::Swahili::Click would not be of use to enough
   people to warrant inclusion)

Yes, I haven't defined "how many people is enough people?"  I figure
you can all make your own judgement calls on that, and it'll average
out to a useful point.  If we all select modules to make an SDK that
we think will be useful without being bloated, we should be able to
find satisfactory common ground.
