We tend to automatically bless P::RD because Damian is such a god, but
I believe that Parse::Yapp is actually useful in some cases.  I've
CC:ed Damian because I trust him to be impartial about his own
modules.  Damian: we're talking about putting together a standard
suite of modules that are The Blessed Solutions for people to use.
Which, if any, of the Parse modules should be in?
