It got dropped 'cause I put Nat's list through CPAN.pm and
Scalar::ListUtils didn't show up.

Consider  SCalar::Util & LIst::Util re-added.

I also just noticed the Term::ReadLine::GNU originally appeared on
Nat's list too.  I'm leaving that off due to the dependency on GPL'd
only software (libreadline).
