I think you're absolutely right that we have to get it pretty close first time round, but I think that we've reached that point. Or rather, Stephen's reached that point with a lot of one-handed clapping and talking to himself :-) Kudos is due, and shall be delivered. I think the niggles will sort themselves out quite quickly once it's released, or will quickly blow up until they're easy to spot. Let's take it to the worldwide committee as an alpha release with no written guarantee of anything staying the same, and see what the response is. Release early, release often.
