I was slightly disingenious in my descriptiont.  The rest of the
problem with a lack of net access is CPAN.pm's desire to download
information (the module & author lists) before you can et the
autobundle function to work.

It might be handy to use as part of the SDK build process if nothing
else, as it would provide information on which platforms are
successfully building which modules.  Go for it.
