Heh. Disagree.

Personally, I say that anybody worth his or her salt wouldn't rely on
cgi-lib.pl or CGI.pm to do their webwork for them. A REAL programmer would do
their own thing.

However, both of these libraries are well documented in numerous books, and are
expected to be there. To some, these are as fundamental to core perl as IO. The
books must remain correct, else we end up with a documentation gap much like we
have for ActiveState's mutilated Win32 embedding system.
