Yes, but not everyone uses UNINST=1, and it has bitten back in the past. The whole way I'm building SDKs will have to be redone in order to properly fix this problem. Can't get away with just using recursive MakeMaker, something more intellegent will have to be made. Unfortunately, that increases the effort involved by an order of magnitude.
