Debate begins

I'm going to go one-at-a-time through the list of modules that folks
requested be left out of the SDK.  When a bunch of related modules are
involved (for instance, the crypto ones) I'll open up debate on them
as a unit.  Your job is to convince me whether modules should stay or
go.

When we're done eliminating modules, I'll make one last call for
modules that we've forgotten, and then it's gold.
