CREDITS and (C) notices

Moin,

while hacking on SDL::Color I noted the different (c) statements in 
different files, both in comments and pod etc.

I think it would make sense to add a CREDITS file, listing the different 
authors with a small blurb about their main contributions like so:

	Foo <[email protected]>		Patches for Baz, doc

Then each .pm could be changed to have at top:

  # (c) 2003-2006 by David Göhring et. al.
  #
  # This file is part of SDL_Perl. See CREDITS for a list of authors.

Should I prepare a patch?
