SDL build failed in cygwin

Hello SDL goup,

 

I'm not sure if this is a bug, or if I'm naively shooting myself in the
foot.  I built the SDL .dll files needed for the perl SDL package using
cygwin with gcc on a Windows system.  However, when I tried to do the
perl Build, I got this:

 

$ perl Build.PL

Checking whether your kit is complete...

Looks good

 

Checking prerequisites...

Looks good

 

Can't use an undefined value as an ARRAY reference at
make/lib/SDL/Build.pm line

 154.

 

If there is a particular directory where I should move or copy the SDL
library files, I can do that, but I would need to know what it is.
