Update for sdl.perl.org

Hi!

I recently played around a little bit with SDL 
(http://search.cpan.org/dist/App-Fotagger) and in the process found this 
very helpful article:

Maybe you could add a link to this page to sdl.perl.org?

I would submit a patch, I couldn't find any info where the sources for 
sdl.perl.org live (or whether they even are in version control...)
