More Updates

Now SDL_perl has support for
OpenGL  gluquadric* stuff.
an example is made available from NeHe lesson 18. (GL_SMOOTH doesn't
seem to work)
The file is in test/OpenGL/tutorial/lesson18.pl

Also more bugfixes
fixed slow App loop, Color Draw.

All this was patches available from here

through them all and made changes and patches install where necessary.
