HELP:Constants.pm breaks frozenbubble

Ok I need some help with the black magic in lib/SDL/Constants.pm  
@EXPORT. Right now the constants can be accessed in a script that  
doesn't do
Package whutever;
SDL:: needs to be appended. Any help will be great.
