CPAN update and RT Queue access

Hi,

I have upload v2.2.1 to CPAN but I have only have access to SDL.pm not the
other modules. So until that is figured out I will keep trying. Also I have
gotten acces to RT queue for SDL_perl. Please post bug reports there from
now on.
