latest installation problem

i'm trying to install your latest perl-SDL and then build and install
FB locally.

for perl-SDL, RPM automatically creates a dep on SDL::Font because of:

BUILD/SDL-2.405/lib/SDL/Tool/Font.pm:use SDL::Font;

but I don't know where SDL::Font comes from? I only find it for 2.2.6
on cpan search

I've tried to remove that SDL/Tool/Font.pm file (since FB doesn't need
it). then trying to build FB:

 - ERROR: Module::Build (0.35) is installed, but we need version >= 0.36

my system is only 6 months old, is a more recent Module::Build really
needed? trying to rebuild a more recent RPM of it complains about more
needed deps:

    !  ExtUtils::CBuilder (0.260301) is installed, but we need version >= 0.27
    !  ExtUtils::ParseXS (2.2002) is installed, but we need version >= 2.21
