Those tiny arrows on the top and bottom right are a usability nightmare. The browser has had the ability to provide a window on content that doesn't fit the viewport since day one - don't try to reinvent that particular wheel. It also doesn't resize when you resize the window. 

Otherwise I quite like the design and colour scheme :-)
